Must I be a member of TradeinWireless.com to login?

Yes. If you have not signed up to be a member of TradeinWireless.com and received your approval via e-mail, you may not login to TradeinWireless.com.


I have received my approval, but I still cannot login. What should I do next?

If you have received approval via e-mail, and you still cannot login, please contact customerservice@tradeinwireless.com.


I am receiving JavaScript errors when accessing this site. What should I do?

Please ensure you are using at least version 4.0 of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Also ensure that JavaScript in enabled.


Must I enable cookies to use this site?

You must have cookies enabled in order to login and enter trades. The actual trade information is stored on your computer until you press the "Accept Trade" button, at which time the information is transferred to our server.


I left my console alone for a few minutes, then when I come back I must login again. Why?


This site uses ASP (Active Server Page) Technology. After 20 minutes of no activity you are logged out by the server to release tied up resources for other users. You will need to login again.
